Management
Miles Goda, Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Goda was most recently the Vice President for Corporate Development and served on the Executive Committee of WatchGuard Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: WGRD), a leading provider of Internet security solutions. Previously, Mr. Goda served as Chief Financial Officer for several early-stage companies and worked for a private equity and investment banking firm in New York City. During his career, Mr. Goda has helped to take two companies public, raised nearly $900 million in capital, completed over 30 M&A transactions, and helped to turn around four companies from near bankruptcy into profitable enterprises. Mr. Goda holds an MBA from the University of Washington and a B.S. in Business Administration from Georgetown University.
James Stremme, CPA. Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Stremme was most recently Controller for Torrent Technologies, a technology company that has developed flood insurance policy processing and claims administration software. Previously, he was the Controller for the Greater Seattle Chamber of Commerce, Controller for Tiny Computers, Ltd., and has held a variety of accounting positions for other privately-held companies. He has extensive experience in developing and implementing managerial and financial accounting systems for small companies and in redesigning existing systems to improve financial controls and reporting. Mr. Stremme is a CPA and holds a B.A. in Business Administration with concentrations in accounting and finance from Washington State University.
Anthony O'Neil, VP of Sales. Mr. O'Neil was most recently the Director of Business Development for Comcast Spotlight, where he oversaw over $32 million in cable television advertising sales for national, regional, and local media businesses in the automotive, sports, and interactive sectors. Previously, he worked in sales and marketing with the NBA Seattle Supersonics and the WNBA Seattle Storm. Mr. O'Neil holds a BA in Political Science from the University of California at Riverside, a certificate from the Center for Sales Strategy, and has completed additional coursework in sales. Mr. O'Neil also served in the U.S. Army and was honorably discharged after serving a four-year commitment.
Tom Lane, Director of Operations. Mr. Lane was most recently Customer Support Manager at Rosetta Solutions, where he supported the launch of software built to market, distribute, and track digital galleys and publicity materials for the publishing industry. Previously, he managed the national accreditation of a multisite for-profit vocational school and served as the organization's primary contact with government and regulatory agencies and spent nearly ten years providing a broad array of services as a volunteer with hill tribe refugees from SE Asia. He has extensive experience in diagnosing and fixing process issues, training and supporting users in multiple locations, building teams and culture, and improving internal and external customer satisfaction. Mr. Lane holds a B.A. in Philosophy and Religion from Whitman College.
