Board of Directors

Michael McConnell. Mr. McConnell is currently the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Digimarc Corporation (NASDAQ: DMRC) in Beaverton, Oregon. Previously, he was Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of WatchGuard Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: WGRD) and has held a variety of CFO and management positions at both public and private companies, including Deloitte & Touche. Mr. McConnell is a CPA and holds a B.A. from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo.

Steve Moore. Mr. Moore was a co-founder and former CEO of WatchGuard Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:WGRD), where he held a variety of positions, including Executive Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary, and Treasurer. Previously he was a senior financial and operational executive at several companies, including Legent Corporation. He is currently a director and/or investor at several private companies, including 20/20, BioPassword, IntellectSpace, and Zynchros, and also serves on the Board of Directors at the Seattle Aquarium. Mr. Moore holds a B.S. in Finance from Central Washington University.

Melanie Wilhoite. Ms. Wilhoite is currently a senior consultant on special projects for Edelman Public Relations. Previously, she was General Manager of Edelman’s Seattle office where she grew revenues from $8.0 million to $11.0 million in three years and managed a staff of over 90 public relations professionals. She has over 20 years experience in public relations, corporate communications, community relations, brand positioning, and product planning. Ms. Wilhoite holds an MBA from the University of Washington, an M.A. in Mass Communications from California State University at Northridge, and a B.A. in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley.
